You are able to choose teachers based on their:

• Level of education
• Experience
• Citizenship
• Current location
• Preferred location
• Preferred type of school
• Type of contract (Full-time, part-time, online)
• Category (Free, Standard, Premium)
• Documents authentication status (for offline teachers)

With the Basic plan, more than 3000 teachers are available for free

So, for example, you can find teachers from the United Kingdom, currently residing in your country, looking for an offline job in a kindergarten - feel free to choose parameters according to your hiring needs.

Choose the teacher you want to invite for the interview and click on their profile link 

Review their full profile, including Education, Experience, and preferred school types.

We have already asked all the necessary questions about the candidate’s qualifications and preferences. Photo, self-introduction video and full CV are also available on the teacher’s page.

Click “Invite for an interview” if you want to interview this teacher. 

Teachers have 7 days to respond to your invite. We will send you an email notification as soon as the teacher responds to your invitation. In addition to email, you can connect with candidates through various messengers, such as Skype and WeChat when they accept your interview invitation.

Make sure you've published information about your company and your vacancy, so teachers know what kind of job you offer.

With our basic plan, you have free access to more than 3000 teachers, or you can upgrade to one of the paid options to get full access to the entire teacher directory, with early access to exclusive candidates.
