Description

We are a small but growing chain of foreign owned training schools in Xi'an and are looking for the right people to join our team this winter.

Curriculum is provided via SMARTBoard, no office hours, no class prep. All that you need to do is show up on time, teach the classes and have fun with the kids, and don't screw up. It's really that simple.

Your starting benefits package:

12000-15000RMB+ per month based on class hours/experience

Z-visa provided

End of contract bonus of 8000 RMB

8 weeks PAID vacation (Christmas, Spring Festival, Summer Holiday)

Fun holiday parties with bonuses

Airport pick-up on arrival

Paid 2 weeks training

Curriculum provided

Stable location

About you:

You must be energetic and open-minded

You must genuinely enjoy teaching

You must be available 5 days a week, Wednesday - Friday from 5-9, and Saturday and Sunday for 6 hours each. This is not meant to be a "side job", we are looking for someone who can dedicate their full energy and effort to being part of something special.

You must be willing to teach kindergarten, primary school, and middle school students

You must be a native speaker of English, from the US, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland or Canada.

Aged between 25-45

If any of these do not describe you, this job is not what you are looking for.

The environment is very relaxed and free-flowing, we will never try to exploit you or tell you one thing and turn around and demand something else.

Our schools are run by a combination of Chinese and foreigners (British and Australian), so there is a direct line of administrative communication at all times. But seriously, we're not some big school that just looks at you as another cog in the machine. We want you to be part of our TEAM, not just an employee.

This is a unique opportunity, and as such we are looking for a unique candidate. If this is you, then by all means send us an email and let's talk! Looking forward to hearing from you!

We only want serious candidates to apply, and to show you've actually read the job listing, please title your reply with the name of your favourite song. Don't worry, I won't judge you on your musical tastes!

Much appreciated.
