Hours: Friday �PM�, Saturday, or Sunday

Class Size: 4-8 students

Ages: 5-10 years old

Pay: 80 USD / 550 RMB per hour


-The teacher will be able to teach our challenging and ambitious curriculum which is different and more rigorous than commonly used state, national, and international curriculums such as IB

-The teacher will submit completed lesson plans to the head teacher and/or the department head and/or the principal by set due dates

-The teacher will submit students�f portfolios as requested by the head teacher and/or the department head and/or the principal

-The teacher will make careful and detailed corrections, and will provide written and timely feedback, on all story and essay writing assignments. (within 1 week)

-The teacher will demonstrate outstanding classroom management skills

-The teacher will ensure that the students are safe at all times

-Since we don't have staff meetings, the teacher will accept being monitored in person and/or directed electronically (usually via email and/or WeChat). The teacher will reply to electronic messages from supervisors within 72 hours

-The teacher will attend meetings with supervisors, as needed, for the purpose of coaching and/or for periodic performance reviews

Related Work Experience/Requirements

-Native speakers only (i.e. Canada, USA, South Africa, Australia, etc.)

-Two years of full-time teaching experience

-Two years experience teaching Primary age students

-Experience teaching Language Arts is preferred


-A four-year university degree from a prestigious/top ranked university

-A state/government issued teaching license/credential which qualifies an individual to teach at regular schools

-Skills: Native English Only, Classroom Management, Primary Years/Kindergarten, ESL, Language Arts
