Evgeny Primakov Gymnasium, in cooperation with StudyLab School in Moscow, seek a teacher for Global Perspectives to start from the 20th of August 2018. A teacher for Global Perspectives needs to be innovative, creative and well- rounded, give students the opportunity to develop such skills as critical thinking, problem solving, research. Lessons need to be interactive, engaging and student-centered (teacher talking time to be followed). Requirements: Bachelor degree in Humanities; Master's or higher degree is desirable; EFL qualifications TEFL/TESOL; 3+ years of teaching experience working in an international setting with non-native speakers is essential; Strong interpersonal skills. Key tasks & responsibilities: To teach Global Perspectives to the secondary school students aged 16-17; To plan, prepare and deliver high quality lessons; To teach such subject related topics as belief systems, ecology, environment, social studies, economics, currect affairs, etc.; To develop students' ability to think critically about a range of global issues; To evaluate children's performance and growth in knowledge, prepare progress reports.
