Job Description
1. Teaching: Submitting semester plans, setting teaching targets and delivering all-
English classes.
2. Communicating: Participating in department meetings and staff meetings,
conducting effective communication with colleagues, maintaining sound relationship with
parents, and providing feedback on students’ academic performance;
3. Supporting: Participating in school management, publicizing, supervision, among
others.
Requirements:
Nationality:
English Teacher: Native English speaker
Subject Teacher: All-English teaching
Gender: Not limited
Age:Under 60
Educational background:
Possess bachelor’s or master’s degree in Physics / Computer Science / English / Math / or related
majors
Master’s degree and teacher’s certificate holders will be preferred
Teaching qualification:
Possess over 5 years’ teaching experience in A-level curriculum (at least 3 years)
For those with a master’s degree in education, the minimum requirement for teaching
experience is three years
Other requirements:
1) Have passion in teaching and enthusiasm for learning;
2) Respecting Chinese values and culture;
3) Fit and healthy;
4) Clean criminal background record
Teaching details
Work location: Beijing
Teaching content: IGCSE, A-LEVEL
Student age: 14-18
Work hour: 40 Hours per week
Teaching hour No less than 22 hours per week
Working time:
Mon to Thu 8:30-18:00, Fri 8:30-15:30
Benefits package:
Visa Working visa offered when qualified
Reimburse costs of work-related certificates (including Foreign Expert Certificate and
Residence Permit) as well as expenses of the health check done in China after the
employee’s arrival
Contract length: 2 years
Basic Salary Per month(Before tax):
Arranging from RMB 20,000 to 30,000
Ranked according to teaching experience, interview feedback etc
Accommodation:
Housing allowance provided: RMB 4000 paid with provision of official receipt
(fapiao)Employees responsible for utilities expenses
Additional teaching:
RMB 300 per lesson for teaching beyond the maximum contract load which is no more
than 30 teaching hours per month.
Bonus:
Paid after 2 years’ contract (depends on yearly performance appraisal schemes);
Maximum 2 months’ salary.

Responsibility Allowance:
Employee with more than one positions of responsibility (not common, but will be paid
RMB 800-2000 per position)
Education Allowance:
Maximum of RMB 60000 per year per child, maximum 2 children 2nd year of
employment
Settling fee:
RMB 5000 provided at the beginning of entry and deducted from 3rd month’s salary
Holiday/Sick leave
Paid holidays: China public statutory holidays, Winter/Summer Holiday, Christmas
Holiday
Sick leave: maximum of 10 days of paid sick leave in each school year Winter break: 3
weeks
Summer break: 6 weeks
Christmas: 1 week
Flight ticket:
Maximum of RMB 8000 for round trip tickets, RMB 4000 each for one-way ticket
2-year-contract employee:
RMB 8,000 maximum for one visit to home country or other countries qualified by
academic principal during the contract.

Oct of 1st year of contract, reimbursement of one way ticket to China;
Oct of 2nd year of contract, reimbursement of round trip tickets for holiday visit;
Leaving employee after 2 years’ contract: pay for return ticket by employer
Employee healthcare:
Extra medical insurance provided.
