Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree/ Master’s Degree with TESL/TESOL/TEFL
Minimum 5 years experience in academic program management and administration with full supervisory responsibilities
Ability to promote ELS programs, ensure the integrity of the ELS program through training and managing instructional staff
Job Description:
Monitor and evaluate the quality of teaching and learning in the Centre
Responsible in hiring and evaluating academic personnel.
Responsible for all operations concerning the academic program. Specifically, the hiring, training, development and dismissal of instructional staff; the development and implementation of the curriculum; the testing, placement and evaluation of students; and the scheduling of classes.
