Requirements:

• Must be a North American (USA/Canada) native speaker

• Ability to teach the standard American accent and has clear speech without a strong regional accent.

• At least two years of Accent, ESL or Pronunciation teaching experience

• We require a minimum of 15 hours a week.

• Advantage: Ability to mimic and understand the mechanics of foreign accents (Russian, Chinese, Indian etc…).

At least one of the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics/English

• TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate

• Vocal related degree/certification

Benefits:

• Get paid $15-25 per hour.

• Guaranteed rate increase by $1/hour every 500 teaching hours, until it reaches $25/hour.

• Get fully paid for student no-shows and late cancellations.

• You choose your own teaching schedule. Your weekly schedule remains the same every week.

• Classes are 24x7. Peak time is US daytime (7 am till midnight US Eastern Time).

• Unlike most other schools, there are no penalties for being late, taking time off, last minute cancellations, technical difficulties, etc. We trust our teachers to provide the best service possible.
