Job responsibilities

Teaching kids online has never been so simple; the key responsibilities include:

• Deliver 25 minute one-on-one online English lessons focusing on grammar and vocabulary to kids in China (ages 5-10)

• Complete a short summary (in English) at the end of the lesson for the parents to review

• Communicate availability for lesson hours in advance with our easy to use scheduling system.

The key requirements are:

• TEFL certification

• Fully fluent English speaker (C2 level)

• Educated to degree level (a bachelor’s degree in any field is required)

• Availability in the mornings - depending on your time zone lessons are available between 6 am-2 pm

• Access to a headset and a personal computer with a stable connection

Blended learning

Our online classes for kids are part of our blended learning model. Our students attend group classes at our English centers in China and then can choose a personalized one-to-one online session each week with skilled teachers just like you. Online teachers are a huge part of our students' overall learning journey. They provide individualized attention which allows students to reinforce their skills, gain confidence, and experience a global perspective.
