ESL Teacher (International school)

Main Responsibilities

• 40 working hours per week including maximum of 20 hours teaching per week
• Lesson planning and admin duties
• Assist in the placement testing and interviewing of new students
• Carry out teaching related responsibilities including, but not limited to demonstration classes, conversation clubs, tutorials, seminars and presentations
• Attend centre social events

Compensation

• Excellent salary: starting at 8,000 to 13,000 RMB per month for ESL teachers depending on experience and background
• Free shared accommodation provided: modern, furnished apartment
• One way air travel reimbursement upon the completion of a 1 year contract

Requirements

• Native English speaker from UK, USA, Canada, Irish, Australia, New Zealand
• Qualified subject teachers(with excellent English skills) from Korea, Philippines or Taiwan
• Bilingual Chinese with overseas high school diploma and/or college degree(or beyond)
• Bachelor’s degree and above
• Teaching certificate preferred if applying for subject teacher position
• 2 years of teaching experience/teaching certificates preferred
• Paid intern positions also available for those with under 2 years
• Physically and mentally healthy, well balanced and cooperative
