When you sign up on teach.fm, you get direct access to all teachers who have recently joined teach.fm and are actively looking for employment.

You don't need to email and look through CVs to invite teachers for the interview.
Teachers' profiles give you all the information about the candidate's expectations and let you invite them for an interview in one click. To browse teachers' profiles, check teacher filter today.

Candidates are classified as either premium or free based on their qualifications and experience, and there are two types on invites you can use to hire them:

• Premium invites are used to invite premium class teachers. Premium teachers are selected candidates matching requirements of most jobs and meeting working visa regulations.
• Free teachers do not subtract any invites from your account.
  However, you can invite only a few free teachers daily - exact number of free teachers available per day depends on your subscription plan.

When you invite teacher for an interview, one interview invite of an appropriate type (premium or free) will be deducted from your account.

And when teacher accepts your interview invite, you get access to their contact information.

You can see all teachers who have applied to your vacancies under "Applications" section of your dashboard.

You can either Accept or Ignore applications.

• When you accept an application, one interview invite of appropriate type is deducted from your account, and you can see candidate's full CV and contact details immediately.
• When you ignore an application, no interview invites are taken from you. Teachers won't be notified if you ignore their application, so don't hesitate to use this feature if the candidate doesn't match your position.

We encourage you to only Accept teachers you are interested in interviewing.

Take the initiative and connect with a candidate by email or the teacher's preferred messenger shortly after accepting their application.
