Competitive Rates
Earn up to $22 per lesson (40 min) - consists of $16 base pay plus $6 bonus pay based on attendance and performance.
Stable Environment
Fixed class schedule where you teach the same students for at least 18 weeks or longer.

We provide well-structured curriculum contents and teacher instructions developed by US school teachers, as well as interactive online tools to support teaching.
Class Schedule
Teachers can select the classes based on their available schedule. Your selections will be matched with students to determine your final class schedule.
Requirements
Native English speaker
Minimum one-year in-class teaching experience
Bachelor degree or above is highly preferred
Certificate in TEFL or TESOL is required
Online ESL teaching experience is preferred
Equipment
Computer - Windows/Mac desktop or laptop, with Windows 7 or later/Mac OS X10.9 and later
Camera - HD external/internal Camera
Headset - Headset in good condition with a microphone (Apple’s own headset device is not recommended)
Processor - Intel Core i3 4th generation above
RAM - At least 2GB
Internet Connection - Minimum 20 Mbps
Can I apply if I don’t have school teaching experience or a bachelor’s degree?
We do accept applicants with relevant teaching experience or education background, even if you do not have a bachelor’s degree. We provide trainings to help our teachers improve their classroom performance.
However, we do require our teachers to have at least one-year in class teaching experience due to our small class environment.
